Recipe - (serves 3)
1 banana, mashed
⅔c rolled oats (the big ones)
2 tsp chia seeds (optional)
⅔c unsweetened almond milk
¼ c 99% fat-free yoghurt
2 passionfruit, plus extra to serve
1 thick slice of pineapple (I used fresh), cut into thin slithers
½ cup chopped mango (I used frozen)Method
Mix together mashed banana, oats, chia seeds, almond milk, and yoghurt. Stir through 2 passionfruit. Layer into 3 twiice cups with the mango and pineapple, and finish with a Iittle bit of extra passionfruit. I added a sprinkle of flaked almonds and coconut on top.
